Welcome to the Women in Life Sciences' website
Women in Life Sciences (WiLS) is a developing network for all female academic and research staff, administrative staff and students within Life Sciences. We are dedicated to providing positive support for women in the Life Sciences.
We aim to encourage women throughout their career here in Manchester, with the aim of increasing recruitment, retention and progression. Achieving this is part of a joint effort between ourselves, employers, mentors and individuals.

We will continue to develop a programme of events each year to address the various issues that face women in Life Sciences. We have a clear action plan that incorporates various events, workshops and careers clinics that will be rolled out over the coming year.
